Auditions for "MONDAY ALWAYS LEADS TO MURDER" A fun interactive meruder mystery comedy By Pat Cook

What to bring/prepare: Please bring a theatre resume and headshot, if you have one. Please prepare a 1-2 minute comedic monologue. We will also be doing cold reading from the script. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to do some simple movement exercises.
Cast: 6 Men, 4 Women (with doubling) *** THE ROLE OF HARRY MONDAY HAS BEEN CASE ***
Horace Barnstable - A posh gentleman in his late 30's Delbert Barnstable - Horace's brother, slightly older Margueritte Barnstable - Sister to the others, slightly younger Courtney Delecroix - A sultry shady lady in her late 20's Pearl Van Beesley - A bossy, producer type in her 40's Mildred Bannister - A mousy woman in her mid-30's
Officer Brogan - A harried police detective
POP - An elderly, "knows all" janitor
Assam Hammadan - An Egyptian museum curator, around 45
Sol Johar - Harry's pal, a pawnshop owner
Desmond Sloan - A rather nervous actor in his mid-30's (Also shows up as BURGLAR ONE)
Veronica Reynold - A young actress, who's a bit nosy
Burglar - A burglar, not too swift.
There will be double casting.

He's back! Once again the cliche in a trench coat, Harry Monday that inevitable gumshoe, is on the hunt once again. He must find an artifact, try to solve a 20 year old murder mystery and write a play about his career at the same time. Of course, he encounters many different "characters" that get in his way, but he manages to wise-crack his way through yet another fast-paced clue-strewn mystery.

Rehearsals will begin June 7th, 2010
Rehearsal scheduled is: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evenigns from 7-9:30pm and Saturday 9:30am-3:30pm
Performances
Production week: July 31st - August 5th
Performance run: Thursday - Saturday August 5th - 21st @ 7:30pm
There is one matinee on August 14th @ 2pm
